Initial Call
To schedule an appointment, contact our office at via text or call or request an appointment online. Our appointment schedulers will answer any initial questions you may have about the surgical process, insurance information, and other general questions.

What To Bring to Your Appointment
If you have relevant imaging, please bring all images on a disc to your appointment. In addition, if you have had previous surgery related to your appointment, please bring your operative report as well. If you do not have current imaging, we will perform an x-ray the day of your appointment. It is not uncommon for additional x-rays to be performed.

First Appointment
At your first appointment, you will be seen by the physician, advanced practice provider, or both to review your imaging and to perform a full examination.

Scheduling
If you and your surgeon decide surgery is appropriate, our financial coordinator will meet with you to discuss the process. In addition, you will meet with our surgery scheduler to set an official surgery date. You will leave with comprehensive information regarding pre-operative clearance and post-operative requirements including physical therapy instructions.

Surgical Procedure
The night before your procedure, your physician will call you and address any questions or concerns you may have. The day of surgery, you will arrive at your procedure's location to be checked in. You will receive your post-operative medications after your procedure. If you are coming from out of state, we are happy to provide you information on nearby accommodations.

Follow-Up
We look forward to seeing you at your post-operative appointment, which will be approximately 14 days from your surgery date. If you live out of state, talk to your provider to determine if you would like an in-person or virtual follow-up. After the procedure, you will continue to have open access to the team and can contact them on their cell, even after hours.
